Please note; we are sold out for this season. Reservations are currently being accepted for 2021. We raise our beef on pasture, moving the herd across new paddocks of grasses and clover often, they are never given hormones or antibiotics. The pastures are managed with organic practices, no chemical sprays or fertilizers. And, of course, no grain is fed to our cows or beef animals.

Whole: Deposit of $800 to reserve. Price is $3.75/lb on the hanging weight for a whole beef, with your deposit credited on delivery of your beef. Actual butcher costs responsibility of customer, usually about $1/lb on the hanging weight. Reserve now for Summer 2021 delivery. Price includes delivery to any of our published drop points.

From an approximately 500 pound hanging whole beef. Bone-in custom cutting can yield approximately 330-340 pounds of 100% grassfed beef packaged and ready for your freezer including premium grilling steaks like; t-bone, tri-tip, rib, top sirloin and flat iron, marinating steaks and cuts like; flank, sirloin tip, skirt and soup bones (shank with marrow bone) roasts like; chuck blade, bottom round and brisket, stew cubes, marrow bones, heart, liver and oxtail. On average, includes 150-180 pounds of ground beef. Custom cutting instructions required. Smoked sausage and other cured options may be available.

Boneless cutting requests should yield 290-300 pounds with all boneless steaks like New York, tenderloin and rib eye, roasts like boneless chuck, rump and extra boneless stew beef. Top sirloin, tri-tip, flank, flat iron, sirloin tip, brisket and skirt are also boneless, identical to the bone-in example. An average cutout includes 140-160 pounds ground beef. Smoked sausage and other cured options may be available.

Half: Deposit of $450 to reserve. Price is $3.90/lb on the hanging weight for a half beef, with your deposit credited on delivery of your beef. Actual butcher costs responsibility of customer, usually about $1/lb on the hanging weight. Reserve now for Summer 2021. Price includes delivery to any of our published drop points. Includes half the amount of packaged beef listed above. Custom cutting instructions required.

Quarter: Deposit of $250 to reserve. Price is $4.20/lb on the hanging weight for a quarter beef, with your deposit credited on delivery of your beef. Actual butcher costs responsibility of customer, usually about $1/lb on the hanging weight. Reserve now for Summer 2021. Quarters are a split half and include delivery to any of our published drop points. Includes a quarter of the amount of packaged beef listed above. Custom cutting instructions required.
